これ、ただの自己啓発じゃないからね！？ちゃんと「地球まるごとリアルに見ろ」っていう、まさに世界のメガネをかけ直す本なんだよ！ This isn’t just self-help—it gives you new glasses to see the world clearly and realistically!

あれ、完全に“ネガティブ本能”に支配されてたわ！ That was the “Negativity Instinct” taking over!
ということで！今日はその“ヤバい本能”の中から、特にパワフルで世界の見方をメチャクチャにしてくれるヤツらを紹介していくよ！いくぜ〜〜〜！！！ So today, I’m gonna show you some of the wildest instincts that totally mess with how we see the world! Let’s go!!!

【直線本能】→「増えてるグラフ？未来もずっと増えるやろ」って思っちゃう。 Straight Line Instinct → “This graph is rising? Then it’ll just keep going!” →いやいや、未来はそう単純じゃねぇ！！人口増加、実は減速してるんだよ！ → Nope! The future isn’t that simple! Population growth is actually slowing down!
【恐怖本能】→「うわっ！新種ウイルス！？ゾンビ化するやつやん！」 Fear Instinct → “A new virus!? We’re turning into zombies!” →いや落ち着いて！致死率見よう！？ニュースだけじゃ判断ダメ！ → Calm down! Look at the fatality rate! Don’t judge from news alone!
【過大視本能】→「今日の感染者数100人！？ヤバすぎ！！」 Size Instinct → “100 new cases today!? That’s insane!!” →その100人、昨日の300人より少ないの、気づいてる！？ → Did you notice that’s fewer than yesterday’s 300?
【パターン化本能】→「あの国の人はみんな〇〇だ！」 Generalization Instinct → “Everyone from that country is like this!” →あのね、それ言い出したらアメリカ人全員がマッチョで陽キャになっちゃうから！ → If that’s true, then every American would be a buff extrovert!
【宿命本能】→「アフリカは貧困から抜け出せない…」 Destiny Instinct → “Africa will always be poor…” →違う違う！経済成長、めっちゃしてる国いっぱいあるから！見に行こうぜ！ → Wrong! Lots of African countries are growing fast! Go check them out!
【単純化本能】→「不景気の原因？政府が悪い！」 Single Perspective Instinct → “Why the recession? Must be the government!” →って、それだけで解決したら苦労しないって！！ → If it were that simple, we’d have solved it already!
【犯人捜し本能】→「あいつのせいだ！」 Blame Instinct → “It’s that guy’s fault!” →そう言いたい気持ちはわかる。でも原因は一個じゃないことが多いんだよね〜。 → I get the feeling, but usually it’s not just one cause.
【焦り本能】→「今すぐ買わないと！数量限定！！」 Urgency Instinct → “Buy it now! Limited stock!!” →落ち着いて！Amazon明日もあるから！！ → Chill out! Amazon will still be there tomorrow!
でね、最後にめちゃくちゃ大事なこと言うよ。 And now, something super important.
**「数字は嘘をつかない。でも、嘘つきは数字を使う」**ってやつ！！ “Numbers don’t lie. But liars use numbers.” That’s the line!!
いやこれ、深すぎてブライアン一瞬フリーズしたからね！ That hit so hard, Brian froze for a second!
グラフの色とか形とか、派手にされたら脳が「うおっ！？」ってビビっちゃう。 If the graph’s all colorful and flashy, your brain goes “Whoa!?”
でもそれ、数字のトリックかもしれないって常に疑ってこう！ But always suspect it might be a numbers trick!
